Liquid nitrogen planetary ball mill is a kind of special grinding ball mill, which is designed to load the ball mill jars under the environment with the heat preservation cover, and input liquid nitrogen gas into the grinding space continuously to absorb the heat generated by high-speed rotating of the ball mill jars, so that the ball mill jars loaded with materials and balls are always kept in a certain low temperature environment. It is a necessary device for fine powder grinding, mixing, small sample preparation, new product development and small batch production of high-technology materials. Tencan planetary ball mill has advantages such as volume, complete functions, high efficiency and low noise. Liquid nitrogen planetary ball mill has four working positions which can be loaded with two or four mill jars on one turntable. When the turntable rotates, the jar axis makes planetary movements at high speed, the balls and materials inside the jars are impacted strongly in high speed movement, and materials are eventually ground into fine powder. Various kinds of different materials can be ground by means of dry or wet grinding method. The smallest granularity of output powder can be reached to 0.1μm or nano scale powder.
